At the Rotterdam Zoo, visitors can step inside a laboratory, peak under microscopes at “Sea Monkeys”, and speak with specialists.
I liked this setup. Unfortunately, my friends were complaining so had to leave before I got “the shot”.
Moral of the story: Be wary of hanging out with people who dislike photography. Or, learn to be a stubborn ass.
I’m getting there.
Most people are upset to hear that a species has gone extinct. I as well. But this summer has taught me something important: The world would be better off without mosquitos and slugs.
